Chris advises individuals, couples, and families on how to protect their assets during their lifetimes, and transfer assets upon death in order to accomplish their personal objectives, whether it's minimizing exposure to estate tax or planning for a grandchild's college expenses. Chris has experience in a wide variety of trusts, including revocable living trusts, supplemental needs trusts, and advanced irrevocable trusts for challenging assets.
Probate
Chris guides his clients through the probate process, from the initial filings all the way to distribution and closing of the estate. During what can be a difficult and emotional time, Chris strives to resolve disputes as expeditiously as possible, and bring families the peace and resolution they seek.
Business Planning
Chris has extensive experience in forming business entities, ensuring that clients are poised to maximize the legal benefits of their corporation, LLC, or partnership. Additionally, Chris has experience with tax-free reorganizations, dissolutions, mergers, acquisitions, and tax exempt organizations.

A little bit about us:
Christopher Nuñez
Managing Partner
Chris received his law degree from Concordia University School of Law in Boise, and his undergraduate degree from Ave Maria University in Naples, Florida. During his time at Concordia, he was part of a committee of the Business & Corporate Law section of the Idaho State Bar to revise the Idaho Business Corporation Act. He has a background in family-run small businesses, both retail and service. When Chris isn't in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and cheering on his hometown Dolphins, Marlins, and Panthers!
